Repair the intersection at 104th and Tower Road, where disconnections occur.

Updated: Oct 2, 2024

When driving north on Tower Road toward 104th, it often feels like a NASCAR track as vehicles vie for the left lane, not to turn left at 104th/Tower, but to continue north past the intersection. Improving traffic flow might involve expanding to two lanes after the 104th/Tower intersection.

Beginning October 3, 2024, construction will start on the northbound side of the intersection at 104th and Tower Road to address the lane squeeze just south of the intersection. The goal of this work is to allow drivers to use both northbound lanes through the intersection, with the merge to a single lane occurring after crossing 104th and Northbound Tower Road.
